I was your typical ‘gym rat’! Pumping iron every single day and never bothering about getting lean. And then I realised that I didn’t have much to show for my efforts. My six packs still looked like a distant dream. What I needed then was a fat loss program which would really work.

Then I heard about this guy Jake Hunter and his www.4MinuteAbs.com workout. Apparently, it was the most amazing workout ever. I was sceptical to start off with. Exercising just 4 minutes a day, 3 times in a week as recommended by Jake, I thought, wouldn’t work. But man! Was I ever more wrong?!
Luckily, as fate would have it, I thought, ‘hang on, what could I possibly lose by trying it out?!’ So I decided to give it a shot…And that, I reckon was the best decision I ever made.Within a week I started enjoying the workout. So much so, that I was looking forward to every single session. Hell, I was even dreaming about it every night!!!
Also, I knew deep down inside that results were a foregone conclusion. I religiously followed the exercise routine along with Jake’s sound diet advice. And, then it happened! I started losing inches all over my midsection. What’s more, I was definitely more defined and muscular within a couple of weeks. I had lost more fat by doing Jake Hunter’s crazy www.4MinuteAbs.com workout than I have ever done before.
This is by far the best workout I have ever come across and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants real results in a very short time.
I wish Jake had come up with his book a few years earlier; that would have saved me a lot of hours in the gym.
